Job summary

B4 Manufacturing Corporation in Antipolo, Rizal, is seeking an ISO Facilitator to establish, implement, and continually improve the Quality & Environmental Management Systems (QMS & EMS) to meet ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards.

You will plan and conduct internal audits and management reviews, monitor non-conformities, and coordinate with departments and third-party bodies to ensure compliance and drive sustainable improvements across the site.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in QMS and EMS.
• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.
• Experience in Internal Quality and Environmental Auditing is preferred.
• Experience in Automotive Parts Manufacturing and knowledge of IATF 16949 is an advantage.
• Background or experience in Safety Officer/OHS functions is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, coordination, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality & Environmental Management System (QMS & EMS).
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct Internal Audits and Management Reviews.
• Monitor and ensure timely closure of non-conformities and corrective actions.
• Monitor the achievement of Quality and Environmental Objectives.
• Identify and monitor environmental aspects and compliance obligations.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure proper implementation of QMS & EMS procedures and requirements.
• Coordinate with customers and third-party certification bodies regarding audits and management system requirements.
• Promote continuous improvement and awareness of Quality & Environmental Management Systems.
• Support coordination with the Safety Officer to ensure compliance with applicable occupational health, safety, and environmental requirements.
