B4 Manufacturing Corporation in Rizal is hiring for a role focused on Quality and Environmental Management. You will establish and maintain QMS and EMS, ensure ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 compliance, and coordinate internal audits and management reviews.

The position requires engineering education and 2–3 years in QMS/EMS with auditing experience, plus knowledge of IATF 16949 is a plus. On-site work in Rizal and professional development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

Graduate of Engineering or related course.
2–3 years of experience in QMS and EMS.
Knowledgeable in ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.
Experience in Internal Quality and Environmental Auditing is preferred.
Experience in Automotive Parts Manufacturing and knowledge of IATF 16949 is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Establish, implement, maintain, and improve the QMS & EMS.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 requirements.
Plan, coordinate, and conduct Internal Audits and Management Reviews.
Monitor and close non-conformities and corrective actions.
Monitor achievement of Quality and Environmental Objectives.
Identify and monitor environmental aspects and compliance obligations.
Coordinate with departments and with customers/3rd-party bodies for audits.
Promote continuous improvement and awareness of QMS & EMS.
Support Safety Officer to ensure occupational health, safety, and environmental compliance.
