Job summary

B4 Manufacturing Corporation in Rizal is hiring for a role focused on Quality and Environmental Management. You will establish and maintain QMS and EMS, ensure ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 compliance, and coordinate internal audits and management reviews.

The position requires engineering education and 2–3 years in QMS/EMS with auditing experience, plus knowledge of IATF 16949 is a plus. On-site work in Rizal and professional development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Engineering or related course.
• 2–3 years of experience in QMS and EMS.
• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.
• Experience in Internal Quality and Environmental Auditing is preferred.
• Experience in Automotive Parts Manufacturing and knowledge of IATF 16949 is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, maintain, and improve the QMS & EMS.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct Internal Audits and Management Reviews.
• Monitor and close non-conformities and corrective actions.
• Monitor achievement of Quality and Environmental Objectives.
• Identify and monitor environmental aspects and compliance obligations.
• Coordinate with departments and with customers/3rd-party bodies for audits.
• Promote continuous improvement and awareness of QMS & EMS.
• Support Safety Officer to ensure occupational health, safety, and environmental compliance.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality & Environmental Management System (QMS & EMS).


• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 requirements.


• Plan, coordinate, and conduct Internal Audits and Management Reviews.


• Monitor and ensure timely closure of non-conformities and corrective actions.


• Monitor the achievement of Quality and Environmental Objectives.


• Identify and monitor environmental aspects and compliance obligations.


• Coordinate with departments to ensure proper implementation of QMS & EMS procedures and requirements.


• Coordinate with customers and third-party certification bodies regarding audits and management system requirements.


• Promote continuous improvement and awareness of Quality & Environmental Management Systems.


• Support coordination with the Safety Officer to ensure compliance with applicable occupational health, safety, and environmental requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Engineering or any related course.


• At least 2–3 years of experience in QMS and EMS.


• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.


• Experience in Internal Quality and Environmental Auditing is preferred.


• Experience in Automotive Parts Manufacturing and knowledge of IATF 16949 is and advantage.


• Background or experience in Safety Officer/OHS functions is an advantage.


• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, coordination, and facilitation skills.
