Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an intellectual property attorney with at least five years of IP transactional contracting experience to join our global IP team. The successful candidate will support IP transactions, OSS license compliance, and work with senior IP counsel on technology, licensing and strategic initiatives.

• Licensed lawyer with LL.B. or J.D.; technology/IP law preferred.
• Native Legal English proficiency with strong written and oral skills.
• 5+ years in IP transactions in English at a law firm or in-house.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and negotiate IP/technology agreements.
• Review open-source licenses and mitigation of license risks.
• Publish proprietary code under OSS licenses and ensure compliance.
• Advise internal stakeholders on IP issues in commercial transactions.
• Support IP matters across technology assessments and joint projects.
• Develop IP templates and training materials; support AI-related processes.
