Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Contracts Lawyer to review, draft, and negotiate master services, outsourcing, SOW, SLAs, licensing, and SaaS agreements in a fast-paced tech environment.

You will collaborate with senior attorneys, lead negotiations, and advise executives on legal and commercial risk across digital, consulting, systems integration, and outsourcing transactions; strong IP and data privacy experience required.

Qualifications

Law degree and active practice in the Philippines.
Minimum 4 years of transactional experience in digital, consulting, systems integration, or outsourcing.
Experience negotiating IP and data privacy issues.
Excellent English and Filipino communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Independently structure, negotiate and close client transactions to optimize legal and business outcomes.
Strategize with senior Contracting lawyers and business clients before client negotiations.
Stay updated on developments affecting the company and synthesize into transactional practices.
Educate and advise executives on legal and risk management issues.
