Job summary
Accenture Philippines seeks an experienced lawyer to lead the review, drafting and negotiation of complex technology and commercial agreements. You will independently structure transactions, advise executives on legal and commercial risk, and support deals across digital, consulting, SI and outsourcing services.
The role requires practicing law in the Philippines with 4+ years in relevant areas, strong IP/risk understanding and excellent English/Filipino communication.
Qualifications
- Currently practicing law in the Philippines.
- 4+ years experience in digital, consulting, systems integration and/or outsourcing in fast-paced teams.
- Experience negotiating and drafting technology-based agreements.
- Principle-based negotiator able to present alternatives and solutions.
- Ability to manage a high volume of transactions independently.
- Strong understanding of IP and risk in technology transactions.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Filipino.
- Basic understanding of finance, accounting, marketing and management.
Responsibilities
- Lead review, drafting and negotiation of complex technology and commercial agreements.
- Structure transactions and advise executives on legal and commercial risk.
- Support deals involving digital, consulting, SI and outsourcing services.
- Draft MSAs, outsourcing agreements, SOWs, SLAs and licenses.
- Develop internal playbooks, guidance and knowledge materials.
- Track market and legal developments and apply them to transactional practices.
