Accenture PLC in the Philippines is seeking a skilled contracting lawyer to review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of agreements including master services, outsourcing, SOWs, SaaS, and cloud-related contracts. You will partner with senior lawyers to structure and close favorable transactions while managing legal risk across industries.

The role requires 4+ years of transactional experience, IP and data privacy negotiation, and excellent English and Filipino communication skills.

Competenze

Law degree and active Philippine bar admission.
4+ years of transactional experience in digital, consulting, systems integration, and/or outsourcing.
Experience negotiating IP and data privacy issues (2+ years).
Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle multiple transactions independently.
Excellent oral and written communication in English and Filipino.
