Accenture in the Philippines seeks a licensed lawyer with 8+ years of corporate or law firm experience to join the Innovation Legal team. You will assess innovative initiatives, identify risks, and propose legally compliant solutions in collaboration with global Accenture teams.

You will develop communications, contribute to templates and training, and support client-facing contracting while adapting to evolving business priorities across geographies.

Competenze

Licensed lawyer and Bar exam passed.
8+ years of experience in corporate or law firm settings.
Experience in intellectual property and regulatory frameworks related to innovations.

Mansioni

Support Innovation Business teams across geos to identify and address innovation legal issues.
Conduct legal assessments of new initiatives, identifying risks and mitigation strategies with colleagues.
Develop clear communication messages and guidance for the business and legal teams.
Contribute to templates and training materials for Innovation teams and client-facing contracting teams.
Take on assignments as required by the Innovation Legal Lead or changing business priorities.
