Qualifications

• Licensed lawyer with bar admission and in-house or law-firm practice preferred.
• At least 8 years of corporate or transactional experience.
• Experience in product and offering counsel, risk assessment and mitigation.
• Knowledge of intellectual property and regulatory considerations for innovations.

Responsibilities

• Support Innovation Business teams across geos to identify and address innovation legal issues.
• Conduct legal assessments of new initiatives, including risks and mitigation strategies with Accenture Legal Team.
• Develop clear communications and guidance for business and other Legal teams.
• Contribute to templates and training materials for Innovation teams and client-facing contracting teams.
• Take on assignments as directed by the Innovation Legal Lead or business priorities.
