Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented candidate to support order processing, invoicing, and cash handling while delivering strong customer service to dealers and customers.

You will process orders, upsell where appropriate, manage MCP transactions, conduct RPO/H2H calls, and help maintain product availability in line with planograms and 5S. The role offers growth in a dynamic direct-selling environment, with emphasis on teamwork, time management, and adherence to

Qualifications

• Preferably graduate with a college degree.
• Experience in direct selling, sales, or relationship management preferred.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Able to work independently or collaboratively under pressure.

• Flexible with assignments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and maximize upselling opportunities.
• Handle MCP transactions and encode new recruit data.
• Conduct RPO/H2H calls and support dealers and customers.
• Manage cash handling and ensure cash compliance.
• Maintain product availability and planogram/5S adherence.
• Ensure accurate invoicing.
• Participate in company events and cross-functional initiatives.
