The role involves processing orders, upselling opportunities, data entry for new recruits, and ensuring timely, professional interactions. A college degree is preferred and Microsoft Office proficiency is valued.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduate with a college degree.
• Experience in direct selling, sales, relationship management or similar work environment preferred.
• Interpersonal & Team Skills: Strong communication, rapport-building, adaptability, and ability to work independently or collaboratively under pressure.
• Organizational & Technical Skills: Excellent time management, flexibility, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate order processing, proper invoicing, and cash compliance while supporting sales and delivering excellent customer service.
• Process orders, maximize upselling opportunities, handle MCP transactions, and encode new recruit data.
• Conduct RPO/H2H calls and provide timely, professional support to dealers and customers.
• Manage cash handling, maintain product availability, and ensure adherence to planogram and 5S standards.
• Actively participate in company events and cross-functional initiatives while upholding company policies and procedures.
