This role supports sales through accurate order processing, invoicing, and cash compliance, while providing excellent customer service to dealers and customers. You will process orders, upsell, handle transactions, and encode new recruit data, contributing to a compliant and efficient operation.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduate with a college degree.
• Experience in direct selling, sales, relationship management or similar environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate order processing, proper invoicing, and cash compliance while supporting sales and delivering excellent customer service.
• Process orders, maximize upselling opportunities, handle MCP transactions, and encode new recruit data.
• Conduct RPO/H2H calls and provide timely, professional support to dealers and customers.
• Manage cash handling, maintain product availability, and ensure adherence to planogram and 5S standards.
• Actively participate in company events and cross-functional initiatives while upholding company policies and procedures.
