Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Associate to ensure accurate order processing, invoicing, and cash handling while delivering excellent customer service to dealers and customers.

You will process orders, maximize upselling opportunities, conduct RPO/H2H calls, maintain product availability, and join cross-functional initiatives in a growing APAC-focused company.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduate with a college degree.
• Preferably with experience in direct selling, sales, relationship management or a similar work environment.
• Interpersonal & Team Skills: Strong communication, rapport-building, adaptability, and ability to work independently or collaboratively under pressure.
• Organizational & Technical Skills: Excellent time management, flexible with assignments, and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate order processing, proper invoicing, and cash compliance while supporting sales and delivering excellent customer service.
• Process orders, maximize upselling opportunities, handle MCP transactions, and encode new recruit data.
• Conduct RPO/H2H calls and provide timely, professional support to dealers and customers.
• Manage cash handling, maintain product availability, and ensure adherence to planogram and 5S standards.
• Actively participate in company events and cross-functional initiatives while upholding company policies and procedures.
