Qualifications

• Preferably graduate with a college degree.
• Experience in direct selling, sales, relationship management or similar work environment is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and team skills; able to work independently or under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate order processing, invoicing, and cash compliance while supporting sales and delivering customer service.
• Process orders, maximize upselling opportunities, handle MCP transactions, and encode new recruit data.
• Conduct RPO/H2H calls and provide timely, professional support to dealers and customers.
• Manage cash handling, maintain product availability, and ensure adherence to planogram and 5S standards.
• Participate in company events and cross-functional initiatives while upholding company policies.
