Job summary

Everise in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Billing Associate to join our global finance team. You will lead the end-to-end billing process, ensure timely final billings, and support month-end close.

You will review reports, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with internal and external customers to maintain accurate AR and revenue figures. NetSuite exposure and strong analytical skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead the billing workflow and task assignments across end-to-end Everise billing.
• Ensure data and reports are available in time to release final billings to customers.
• Review billing reports for accuracy with proper supporting documents and approvals.
• Liaise with internal and external customers and respond promptly to requests.
• Assist in resolving billing disputes and discrepancies.
• Maintain customer accounts and reconciliations.
• Prepare account reconciliations and ad-hoc management reports as requested.
• Assist with month-end closing and audits (external/internal).
• Understand AR and Revenue reporting and its impact on GL structure and systems.
• Support implementation of internal controls within OTC processes.
• Assist OTC Senior Manager with special projects and process improvements.
