Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a senior Operations professional to join our Global Billing Operations team. You will own invoice production and delivery processes, drive improvements, and provide guidance to analysts and stakeholders for billing invoices and agreements.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, automate processes, manage risk, and partner with senior management to optimize operations and reduce manual work.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Operations, Financial/Banking/BPO, or Project Management.
• Min 2 years in Operational Management or back-office processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong problem solving, stakeholder mgmt, and escalation handling.
• Ability to lead projects, influence peers and senior staff.

Responsibilities

• Own Invoice Production and Delivery processes and manage multiple deadlines.
• Act as trusted advisor to business and clients; provide guidance to analysts.
• Lead automation and process reengineering initiatives and remove bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to anticipate needs and implement changes.
• Promote continuous improvement, manage risk, and communicate effectively.
