Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking an Invoicing Specialist to support Order-to-Cash operations and ensure accurate and timely customer invoices. The role involves maintaining financial data integrity and assisting with revenue recognition in a structured finance environment.

You will work with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office tools, developing analytical and process-improvement skills while contributing to high-quality billing outputs and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in accounting, billing, or finance operations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer invoices in line with contractual agreements and company policies.
• Generate and deliver invoices with required supporting documentation.
• Monitor billing activities to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and compliance with SLAs.
• Support revenue recognition processes, including validating financial data and proper revenue allocation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies and customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate billing records and support month-end and reporting activities.
• Act as a secondary contact for billing inquiries and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
