Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking an Order Support Specialist to optimize revenue realization and reduce funding delays through rigorous validation of buyouts, credits, and lease requirements. The role ensures accurate customer documentation and smooth handoffs across CPQ, PREO, and downstream teams.

As part of the Business Operations team, you will monitor queues, validate proposals, and manage documentation to support timely order processing and funding.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with contract documentation, buyouts, credit approvals, lease requirements, and order-processing workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Queue monitoring within defined SLAs and manage buyout, credit, and lease requests.
• Proposal validation across pre-signature and post-signature processes.
• Buyout and credit administration, including approvals and disclosures.
• Document management and Pending Signature coordination via DocuSign and related checklists.
• Handoff and processing to downstream teams to prevent delays and maintain data integrity.
