Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation is seeking an Asset Management Specialist in the Philippines to manage asset data for Managed Print Services accounts and to ensure accurate billing and reporting.

You will process asset transactions, validate billing information, generate preliminary invoices, and support cross-functional teams to resolve data issues. Strong Excel and SAP/Siebel experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, IT, accounting, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
• Experience with data analysis, data management, and reporting.
• Knowledge of Siebel and asset management processes is preferred.
• Working knowledge of SAP and BI tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage MADC asset transactions in Siebel to support timely invoicing.
• Generate BOXI reports and analyze billing trends for invoices.
• Create complete billing reports to support customer invoices.
• Resolve tickets from internal teams and customers within timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables.
