Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices in ERP accurately and on time.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams.
• Manage complex processing, including direct debit and manual uploads.
• Reverse and correct erroneously posted invoices when needed.
• Maintain Vendor Master Data records and updates.
• Handle Tier 2 invoice issue resolutions via ticketing tool.
• Assist in payment-exception issue resolution and related tasks.
