Job summary

Merck Group is seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Accounts Payable in the Philippines. You will drive end-to-end AP processes, advise on best practices, troubleshoot ERP issues, and support cross-functional teams to align AP with strategic objectives.

The role emphasizes training, 3C/RCA problem-solving, and documentation to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years work experience in Accounts Payables end to end operations (i.e., Invoice Posting, Payments, Issue Resolution, Reporting and Reconciliation).
• Extensive background in end to end Accounts Payable processes, GRIR/Vendor Account reconciliation, and accounting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Process Expertise: be the go-to expert on Accounts Payable, systems, and best practices.
• System Knowledge: troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and enhance user experience in AP.
