Job summary

Our|Home is seeking a meticulous operations assistant to handle invoicing, delivery scheduling, and customer service support. You will encode invoices for all customer purchases, issue documentation, and help manage daily receivables while ensuring timely deliveries and accurate reporting.

The role requires a four-year degree and strong communication skills, with emphasis on customer orientation and organizational accuracy in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Encode daily delivery receipts and issue invoices for customer purchases.
• Prepare and issue invoices of transactions and schedule deliveries.
• Check and update accounts receivable records.
• Follow up on Made To Order (MTO) and pending deliveries.
• Encode daily Delivery Receipt and prepare Delivery Register & Collection Report.

Job Description

Responsible for encoding & issuance of invoices of all purchased item/s by the customer/s.

Key Accountabilities

Daily Operations

• Consistently follow and abide by the company’s established policies and procedures.
• Prepare & issue invoices of transactions, schedule deliveries of items to customers.
• Encode daily Delivery Receipt; Prepares Delivery Register & Collection Report (DRCR) for the next day delivery.
• Check & update Accounts Receivables
• Follow up on Made To Order (MTO) & pending deliveries of customers.

Customer Engagement

• Ensure high levels of customers’ satisfaction through excellent service.
• Acknowledge the presence of customers, listen and pay attention to their needs.
• Attend to customer complaints with eagerness and understanding.
