Job summary

Alter Domus, Manila — Investor Services Manager role leading the CDD team and ensuring regulatory compliance for client engagements. You will coordinate with Luxembourg and internal teams to deliver high-quality services and effective stakeholder communication.

The position requires AML/KYC expertise, leadership, and the ability to work across time zones with EMEA hours. A strong customer focus and accurate execution are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Compliance experience with AML/KYC focus.
• Strong interest in regulatory matters and evolving industry requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day operations of the CDD team (7 Officers + 2 Senior Officers) based in Manila.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.
• Collaborate with Luxembourg Regulatory Team, CDD ops, compliance, clients and investors to align priorities.
• Act as main escalation point for operational issues and drive resolution.
• Review reports, allocate workload, and present complex cases to clients and senior management.
• Ensure high-quality CDD services meet regulatory and client requirements.
• Implement regulatory updates and maintain compliant processes.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly KPI reports for client and management.
• Identify opportunities to enhance CDD processes and client experience.
• Communicate changes to local team and Luxembourg colleagues to align expectations.

YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES:

As part of the Investor Services Team, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the CDD function, ensuring exceptional service delivery, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Lead and manage the daily operations of a CDD team consisting of 7 Officers and 2 Senior Officers based in Manila.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, strong relationship management, and a clear understanding of their expectations.
• Maintain close collaboration with the Regulatory Team in Luxembourg, CDD operations teams, compliance teams, clients, investors, and other internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as the main escalation point for operational issues, proactively resolving gaps and aligning stakeholders on priorities and objectives.
• Allocate workload across the team, review and sign off on reports, and present complex cases to clients and senior management.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality CDD services while meeting regulatory and client requirements.
• Drive the operational implementation of regulatory updates and ensure processes remain compliant with evolving requirements.
• Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly KPI reports for the client and management.
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance CDD processes, improve operational efficiency, and elevate the client and investor experience.
• Communicate key updates, business changes, and important matters to both the local team and colleagues in Luxembourg to ensure alignment of expectations and objectives.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities and support career growth.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Compliance experience with strong expertise in AML/KYC, preferably within the domiciliation and/or transfer agency industry.
• Strong interest in regulatory matters, compliance frameworks, and evolving industry requirements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is highly desirable. Additional languages are considered an asset.
• Collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and challenge the status quo.
• Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing teams.
• Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Able to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Willing and able to work EMEA hours/shifts.
