Job summary

HedgeServ Corporation in Manila is seeking an Investor Services Senior Administrator to join the team and handle critical investor operations tasks. You will execute client transaction documents, prepare reports, and assist with project work under supervision, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines office and home-based duties.

The role requires a completed bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Legal or Business and at least two years of hedge fund administration experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Minimum 2 years in hedge fund administration.
• Experience with investor services processes.
• Knowledge of client transaction documents.

Responsibilities

• Understand client transaction documents for online processing.
• Prepare and test client transaction documents for online processing.
• Prepare and test images/logos for client reporting.
• Support the Investor Services team in a project role capacity.
• Hybrid working arrangements – may be required to spend time in the office as well as at home.
• Establish good working relationships with HedgeServ departments.
