HedgeServ (Philippines) LLC – Manila Branch is seeking an Investor Services Supervisor to lead a small team responsible for investor instruction processing, AML/KYC compliance, and timely reporting. The role includes coordinating with Investor Services Administrators, handling complex investor inquiries, and ensuring accuracy in HedgeInvestor system operations.

The ideal candidate holds an Accounting/Finance/Legal or Business degree with at least 2 years in fund administration and possesses

Accounting/finance/legal/business degree with minimum 3.0 GPA
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fund administration environment
Experience supervising a small team and coordinating with internal departments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; client-facing exposure preferred

Responsibilities

Ensure investor instructions contain required information and coordinate with Investor Services Administrator when follow-up is needed.
Liaise with investors to obtain fully executed instructions and ensure timely subscription processing.
Review AML/KYC documentation and escalate as needed; maintain compliance across transactions.
Oversee daily reconciliation of subscription/redemption accounts and resolve aged items.
Review investor and client reports before distribution; support audit requests as required.
