Job summary

HedgeServ in Makati seeks an experienced Investor Services Manager to oversee ongoing investor services, AML/KYC handling, and client reporting across multiple funds. You will direct a team, manage complex inquiries, and coordinate with NAV and Compliance to ensure timely, accurate service for diverse clients.

You will supervise up to 8 staff, handle onboarding, and align processes with HedgeServ standards while supporting US-hours operations.

Qualifications

• Accounting, Finance, Legal or Business Degree required.
• Experience in hedge fund administration preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Resolve investor transaction enquiries escalated by Supervisor or Administrator.
• Ensure aged items on TA bank reconciliations are resolved timely.
• Resolve AML/KYC documentation issues with Compliance/MLRO as required.
• Review Investor Transactions on HedgeInvestor® system.
• Review Redemption Payment Schedules and wire transfers.
• Ensure accurate and timely investor and client reporting.
• Handle complex investor calls and improve processes.
• Manage relationships with NAV, QA, Compliance teams.
• Lead recruitment, training and performance reviews for the team.
• Oversee documentation for new clients and onboarding.
• Be available to work US hours.
