Job summary

HedgeServ (Philippines) LLC – Manila Branch seeks a Fund Accountant to execute NAV and fund accounting tasks under supervision. You will perform reconciliations, trade capture, and processing of corporate actions with induction and AML/KYC training provided, in a fast-paced client-focused setting, collaborating with global teams.

The successful candidate will have 1+ year in a similar role, IT literacy, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a similar role or related degree.
• Intention to actively pursue a professional accounting qualification (CPA) is an advantage.
• IT literate with good communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily, weekly, and monthly NAV production and checklists.
• Perform cash, position and market value reconciliations.
• Identify and investigate break items and escalate as needed.
• Ensure accurate pricing and verification of corporate actions.
• Prepare daily P&L reports and review for reasonableness.
• Support audit processes and team meetings.
