Job summary

Virtual Business Partners LLC is seeking a Reporting Analyst to develop thorough investment and research reports for internal and external stakeholders. You will focus on accuracy, efficiency and adherence to reporting standards for Perpetual and Pendal Funds.

Responsibilities include preparing and delivering regular reports, analyzing data, and assisting with ad-hoc tasks. The role requires a tertiary finance/data analytics background, strong communication, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in business, finance, data analytics or IT.
• Experience in data analysis within financial services, banking or regulatory areas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; interpret complex data.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or similar).
• High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced, confidential setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, collate and deliver regular reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze data for accuracy and consistency with internal and market standards.
• Produce Perpetual & Pendal Investments reporting with focus on efficiency, accuracy and control.
• Assist Client Services & Research Relationship teams with ad-hoc reporting tasks.
• Assist Senior team member to review, improve and document reporting processes.
