Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in data operations, data management, or related role; internships considered.
• Demonstrated ownership mentality and ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
• Strong attention to detail and high data accuracy and formatting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance private markets datasets to support accurate insights and platform reliability.
• Manage recurring data operations with quality, timeliness, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure data flows from asset managers to investors.
• Identify process gaps and drive improvements to reduce errors and speed up processing.
• Contribute to ad hoc analysis and cross-functional projects within Nasdaq eVestment Private Markets.
