Job summary

Avensys Consulting Pte Ltd seeks a Credit Reporting Analyst to support quarterly investment and investor reporting for the firm's Credit funds. You will collect, validate, reconcile, and analyze investment-level data, ensuring accuracy and alignment with investor requirements.

You will collaborate with Accounting, Valuation, Operations, and Investor Relations, including a New York-based team, to maintain SOI, cash flow ledgers, and ILPA-style templates while applying strict quality controls

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in credit reporting, investment data, or fund reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills with large, multi-tab workbooks.
• Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
• Working knowledge of fund performance metrics: IRR, MOIC, TVPI, DPI.
• Knowledge of credit metrics: yield to maturity, credit spread duration, LTV, credit ratings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in quarterly preparation and roll forward of the Schedule of Investments for each Credit fund, updating values and MOIC/IRR by position and strategy.
• Apply consistent qualitative taggings across reporting templates and roll forward fund-level metrics.
• Maintain investment-level cash flow ledgers and reconcile entries with source data.
• Support quarterly Loss Ratio Analysis, rolling forward invested capital and loss figures by fund.
• Help update LP-specific enhanced/ILPA-standard reporting templates and pull in updated investment-level metrics for each LP.
• Maintain footnotes, legends, and disclosures across templates; ensure consistency of identifiers and definitions.
• Apply rigorous quality-control to ensure figures and formulas tie to prior periods; flag discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Valuation, Operations and Investor Relations to source and reconcile underlying data.
• Assist onboarding of new LP reporting templates and ad hoc reporting requests as directed by Credit Reporting team.
