Job summary

AVENSYS CONSULTING INC. is seeking a Finance Reporting Associate to support quarterly investment reporting and fund performance analytics.

You will manage SOI roll-forwards, maintain investment cash flow ledgers, and assist in LP-specific enhanced reporting templates for a Credit fund family. You will collaborate with Accounting, Valuation, Operations and Investor Relations teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across investor-facing deliverables with a strong emphasis on QA and process

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in finance reporting and data validation.
• Advanced Excel skills with large, formula-driven workbooks.
• Knowledge of fund performance metrics (IRR, MOIC, TVPI, DPI) and credit metrics.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership of data accuracy.
• Disciplined, process-oriented approach following templates and definitions precisely.
• Strong written and verbal English communication for cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assist quarterly preparation and roll forward of the Schedule of Investments (SOI) for each Credit fund.
• Populate invested capital, realized/unrealized values, and gross MOIC/IRR by position and strategy.
• Apply qualitative taggings across SOI and related reporting templates.
• Roll forward fund-level Gross/Net MOIC, Capital Commitments, and Unfunded Commitments sections.
• Maintain investment-level cash flow ledgers and reconcile with source data.
• Support quarterly Loss Ratio Analysis with capital roll-forwards and ratios.
• Roll forward enhanced/ILPA-standard LP reporting templates with updated metrics.
• Maintain footnotes, legends, and disclosures across all templates for consistency.
• Implement rigorous QA to flag discrepancies and ensure consistency with prior periods.
