Virtual Business Partners LLC is seeking a Reporting Analyst to develop thorough investment and research reports for internal and external stakeholders. You will focus on accuracy, efficiency and adherence to reporting standards for Perpetual and Pendal Funds.

Responsibilities include preparing and delivering regular reports, analyzing data, and assisting with ad-hoc tasks. The role requires a tertiary finance/data analytics background, strong communication, and the ability to work independently

Qualifikationen

• Tertiary qualification in business, finance, data analytics or IT.
• Experience in data analysis within financial services, banking or regulatory areas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; interpret complex data.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or similar).
• High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced, confidential setting.

Job Description:

Overview of the Role

The Reporting Analyst will produce thorough and accurate investment, product and research information to internal and external stakeholders for Perpetual and Pendal Funds.

Key Tasks:

• Preparation, collation and delivery of regular reporting to schedule for internal and external stakeholders.
• Analysing data to ensure it is accurate, consistent and meets internal and market standards.
• Production of Perpetual & Pendal Investments reporting requirements with a focus on efficiency, accuracy and control.
• Assist Client Services & Research Relationship teams with ad-hoc reporting tasks.
• Assist the Senior team member to review, improve and document the reporting process.

• Tertiary qualification in business, finance, data analytics, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Demonstrated experience in data analysis, preferably within a financial services, banking, or regulatory environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, or similar).
• High attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and reporting data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and confidential environment.
