Linnovate Partners Ltd. based in Makati seeks a finance/data professional to coordinate with LPs, respond to inquiries, and support client adoptions, fund openings, and documentation reviews.

You will collaborate with Fund Services, Client Success, Compliance, and Technology teams to onboard new clients and ensure launches are successful, while maintaining distribution lists and bank reconciliations. Strong data analysis and communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, data analysis, information technology, or related discipline.
• Candidate with related experience with accounting or finance background is preferred.
• Must have relevant finance/accounting experience and be familiar with data analysis.
• Investor service experience is required.
• PE/VC fund admin experience is advantageous.
• Good business understanding and commercial acumen are essential.
• Analytical and time management skills and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in system migration and project management will be an advantage.
• Able to manage multitasks and work under pressure.
• Responsible and proactive and is a good team player.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate with Limited Partners (LP) requests and provide email responses for client adoptions, account openings, and review of funds offering documentation.
• Coordinate with internal functions to onboard new clients, including Fund Services, Client Success, Compliance, and Technology teams.
• Maintain and update the distribution list in the system.
• Maintain and update bank call back verifications, audit confirmations, and bank reconciliations.
• Gather requirements for data gathering, analysis, conversion, mapping, loading, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Develop strategies and propose solutions to attain project goals and ensure success.
• Assist ad hoc projects as required.

• Maintain and update the distribution list in the system.
• Coordinate with internal functions to onboard new clients, including Fund Services, Client Success, Compliance, and Technology teams, to ensure all new launches and conversions are successfully managed.
• Maintain and update bank account call back verifications, audit confirmations, and bank reconciliations.
• Gather requirements for conducting data gathering, analysis of current data, conversion, mapping, loading, and reconciliation of data, and reporting requirements for the format of the report.
• Develop strategies and propose solutions to attain the end goal to ensure success.
• Assist ad hoc projects as required.
