Job summary

WTW in Manila is seeking a Manager for our Delegated Investment Solutions operations team. You will lead a focused operations group serving pension fund clients, ensuring timely and accurate investment processing and reporting.

Working with custody and investment managers, you will drive process improvements, manage deadlines, and build strong relationships with stakeholders while upholding WTW's standards for excellence and compliance.

Qualifications

• At least five years of relevant work experience in investment management/custodian back-office operations (client-service oriented).
• Strong knowledge of daily cash reconciliations and ability to investigate breaks accurately and timely.
• Interest in financial investing and the investment field.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Team-oriented and able to collaborate in a busy environment.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint to create dynamic reports with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform investment operations functions for pension fund clients with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with custodians, investment managers and administrators.
• Handle invoice reconciliation and payment instructions.
• Provide monitoring and compliance support; apply risk management controls.
• Document processes and ensure adherence to standards and procedures.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations proactively.
