Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in finance/operations with MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with investment accounting platforms is a plus but not required.
• Proven track record in process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Knowledge of Bloomberg, Aladdin and SimCorp Dimension is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of investment accounting processes and ABOR.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure quality services.
• Maintain accuracy of financial and accounting records and reporting processes.
• Drive process optimization, automation, governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Gather KPI data and report trends to Business Unit/Management.
• Act as an effective people leader: talent acquisition, engagement, performance coaching and team development.
