Manulife’s Canada Retail Operations team invites an Operations Analyst to handle end-to-end transaction processing for clients and advisors. You will ensure accurate, timely financial and non-financial transactions while supporting operational excellence and stakeholder partnerships.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, problem-solving, and learning across processes, systems, and tools within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in financial services, operations, or a related field.
• Experience with transaction processing systems or financial platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process routine and standard financial and non-financial transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accurate transaction records to support client and stakeholder interactions
• Partner with Business Units, Sales, and Operations teams to resolve escalated issues
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely processing of requests
• Assist in documenting and improving internal and external processes
• Identify and resolve moderately complex issues, escalating when necessary
• Manage and prioritize workload to meet fluctuating or urgent demands
