Job summary

SimCorp Manila is seeking an Operations Analyst for its Investment Operations team. The role supports daily trade processing, settlement, and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy across activities and systems.

With 2-4 years in investment operations, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage data, monitor processes, and prepare operational reports for senior management. Hybrid work with office two days per week and remote days available.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in investment operations or related area.
• Strong data integrity and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing processes.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of investment transactions including trade processing, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of investment transactions following internal procedures.
• Monitor key operational processes and report on performance metrics for management.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in investment data with internal teams.
• Assist in audits and regulatory assessments and maintain up-to-date operational documentation.
• Contribute to process improvements and assist with new tools or technologies.
