Manulife Global Investment Operations seeks a Senior Specialist to drive operational effectiveness, business management, and transformation initiatives across GWAM Investment Operations. You will identify improvements, support change programs, and deliver insights to improve service quality, risk management, and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Typically 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in Investment Operations, financial services, business management, project coordination, analytics, process improvement, or transformation.
• Demonstrated experience delivering analysis, reporting, process documentation, or project workstream outputs.
• Experience in Investment Operations, asset management, custody, or middle office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate and timely scorecards, dashboards, business reviews, and management information using defined KPIs.
• Perform trend, variance, capacity, root cause, and risk analysis; summarize findings and propose actions.
• Maintain metric documentation, data lineage, and governance materials for a reliable source of truth.
• Prepare narratives and presentation materials for governance and leadership discussions.
• Lead or coordinate workstreams from requirements through planning, testing, implementation, and adoption.
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, and status reporting; coordinate SMEs across functions.
• Analyze end-to-end processes to identify improvement opportunities and readiness checks.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel models; develop automation deliverables.
