Job summary

Manulife MBPS is seeking an Investments Operations Analyst to join our Insurance Operations team. You will review, validate, and process insurance policy withdrawal requests while ensuring compliance with procedures and service standards.

The role requires at least 1 year in back-office operations, strong attention to detail, a bachelor’s degree, and willingness to work a permanent night shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM) with a hybrid schedule and on-site three days per week.

• Review and process insurance policy withdrawal requests received through various channels, including signed forms, email, and fax.


• Validate submissions to ensure they are In Good Order (IGO) and meet all policy and documentation requirements.


• Accurately enter and update transaction details within internal systems.


• Adhere to established operational, compliance, and quality standards while meeting productivity targets.


• Support cross-functional activities and provide assistance to other business units as required.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in back-office operations, transaction processing, administrative support, or similar operational roles.

• A bachelor's degree in any field is required.


• Willingness to work permanent night shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM) and a hybrid schedule with onsite work three times per week.
