• Knowledgeable in different MS Office applications.
• With good communication skills (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Administer case investigations for the sales workforce and take necessary actions against sellers who commit acts prohibited by the company.
• Ensure proper documentation for case investigations.
• Provide quality and efficient case management service to internal salespersons and concerned departments and external customers.
• Collect all requirements of all aspiring sellers for accreditation.
• Update and maintain a Masterfile of all accredited sellers.
