Job summary

Phirst Park Homes is seeking an HR Training Coordinator to lead recruitment activities for the Sales Team from advertising to interviewing candidates and placement.

You will monitor and update the seller database, deliver end-to-end training for accredited sales partners, and provide quality customer service to internal and external customers.

This role requires at least 1 year in developing and implementing training programs and familiarity with MS Office in a real estate context.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in developing and implementing training programs.
• Preferably in the real estate industry.
• Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in HRM and/or Psychology.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Good communication skills (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities for the Sales Team from job advertising to interviewing candidates and placement.
• Monitor and update seller’s database.
• Provide quality and efficient customer service to internal and external clients.
• Handle end-to-end training process from needs analysis, design and development, implementation, and evaluation of effectiveness for accredited sales partners.
