Job summary

PHirst Park Homes Inc. (Affordable Housing) is seeking a proactive professional to assist the Business and Project Development Manager in acquiring properties.

You will help prepare feasibility studies for residential developments and maintain the land offers database to support decision making. The role requires 3–4 years in real estate, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate/Business related field or equivalent.
• 3–4 years in real estate, preferably in Business Development, Project Development, Externals/Permits, or Market Research.
• Experience assisting leads/managers in land acquisition.
• Knowledge of real estate policies and standard practices.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Willing to report in Makati City.

Responsibilities

• Support Business and Project Development Manager in acquiring properties.
• Prepare feasibility studies on properties for residential development.
