About the role

This is a security leadership position responsible for supervising and leading the investigation and inspectorate team to ensure continual compliance with agency and client policies, procedures, work instructions, and terms of reference. You will conduct thorough investigations into unauthorized acts or policy violations across company and client operational areas while ensuring accurate monitoring, recording, and reporting of all incidents and cases. The role involves inspecting field posts to perform comprehensive security surveys and risk assessments, implementing proactive controls, and collaborating closely with operational teams and management to maintain high standards of security, integrity, and organizational compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the investigation and inspectorate team toward continual compliance with agency and client policies, procedures, work instructions, and terms of reference
• Conduct detailed investigations regarding unauthorized acts or rule violations across company and client operational areas
• Ensure proper monitoring, recording, documentation, and reporting of all security incidents and active cases
• Inspect client posts to perform thorough security surveys and comprehensive risk assessments
• Recommend and enforce corrective measures to mitigate security risks and address operational gaps
• Maintain accurate case files and deliver structured investigation reports to leadership and key stakeholders
• Collaborate closely in-person with field personnel, client representatives, and internal management to maintain total compliance and operational alignment

• Proven leadership experience in security operations, field inspections, or corporate investigations, with a strong track record of leading teams
• Proficient in incident management, evidence collection, case reporting, and performing site security surveys
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and objective in conducting investigations
