Job summary

We are seeking a proactive professional to oversee logistics and supply chain activities, focusing on inventory controls, process improvements, and team leadership to support operational excellence.

The role emphasizes cycle counts, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with senior management to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Operations.
• Experience in people management.
• Experience in customer management.
• Experience in order booking and management.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to support team tasks when needed.
• Excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Leads regular cycle counts and full physical audits to reconcile system records with physical stock.
• Analyzes sales patterns and customer trends to determine reorder points and avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Monitors KPIs like turnover rates and shrinkage and prepares reports for senior management.
• Implements procedures such as FIFO or updated Warehouse Management for Open Systems (WMOS) to improve operational flow and reduce costs.
• Monitors, updates and reconciles IRA.
• Managed people and other resources requirements.
• Provides Operations status, reports and analysis.
• Creates SOP and WI and deployed to the team.
