Private Advertiser is seeking a Storeroom Keeper/Inventory Controller to oversee the storeroom operations for raw materials and spare parts. You will supervise inventory control, ensure precise documentation of receipts and issues, and monitor stock movements to maintain accurate records.

The role requires a Mechanical Engineering background, leadership skills, and the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or related engineering course.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates strong leadership and team coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inventory control for raw materials and spare parts in storeroom.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all receipts, transfers, issuances and returns.
• Verify Receiving Reports against delivery documents and oversee inbound deliveries.
• Monitor stock movements and maintain updated inventory records.
• Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports for various departments.
