Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Warehouse Operations professional to manage goods receiving, inventory control, and dispatch activities. You will coordinate with the Operations team, maintain ERP records, and generate key reports to ensure accurate stock levels and timely deliveries.

The role requires knowledge of warehouse processes, proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems, and experience in inventory analysis.

Qualifications

Experience in Inventory Control and inventory analysis.
Proficient with MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Verify goods received and generate Receiving Report and Sales Return Report in ERP.
Encode actual received sales returns in monitoring sheets.
Allocate goods for pickup and coordinate with Operations on stock concerns such as quantities, expiration, and out of stocks.
Prepare pick lists and load guides for client deliveries or pickups through warehouse stock locator.
Issue load guides for picking and dispatch with priority by delivery/pickup dates.
Generate ERP Ship notes after loading for delivery or pickup.
Archive Receiving, Sales Return, Ship Note, Sales Invoice, and Load Guide documents.
Monitor and record delivery dispatch to 3P logistics and other operational activities.
Generate warehouse transfer reports and monitor transfer acceptance in ERP.
Perform weekly cycle counts and reconcile ERP variances with stock locator counts.
Assist Finance with mid-year and year-end warehouse counts.
Oversee disposal processes and enforce disposal procedures.
Monitor weekly KPI reports on warehouse utilization and inventory management.
