Yatai International Corporation is seeking a Supply Planning Supervisor in Manila to support stock allocations and inventory planning. The role involves daily stock monitoring, inter-department coordination, and timely replenishments for Modern Trade stores.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in supervisory or planning roles within retail or FMCG, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office. On-site position with opportunities for professional development and benefits.

Competenze

• 2+ years supervisory or planning experience in retail or FMCG.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities.

Mansioni

• Prepare and execute store stock allocations and ensure data accuracy for stock planning.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Respond to inquiries on deliveries, stock status, and product availability.
• Collect, review, and analyze sales and inventory reports per store and account.
• Oversee routine tasks of Sales Admin Staff and monitor incoming shipments.
