You will lead demand and replenishment planning, monitor forecast accuracy, manage inventory, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with supply chain targets and initiatives.

• Experience in demand and replenishment planning within consumer goods.
• Strong forecast accuracy and data-driven decision making.

About the role

The Demand and Replenishment Planning Supervisor is responsible for optimizing stock levels while maintaining on-shelf availability of assigned subcategories.

Key responsibilities

• Improve service and customer value to maintain on-shelf availability




• Improve supply chain processes for efficiency




• Maintain forecast accuracy levels in auto-replenishment and foreign ordering tools for own brand




• Maintain optimal inventory, achieve stock weeks cover targets, and reduce slow-moving stocks




• Drive team performance, coordinate, and execute demand planning activities in accordance with ROS




• Develop sound demand and replenishment plans aligned with supply chain strategy and targets




• Capture, prioritize, analyze, and input demand-generating activities and internal/external influences affecting the demand and replenishment plan




• Compute and analyze supply chain metrics including forecast accuracy, SWC, and SMS




• Provide recommendations to mitigate risks and communicate to stakeholders




• Ensure category building programs, promotions, and strategic initiatives are supported in line with supply chain processes and targets
