Job summary

Yatai International Corporation in Manila is seeking a on-site Supply Planning Assistant with 1-3 years of experience to manage stock allocations and ensure timely replenishments for Modern Trade stores.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and will involve collaboration with the Senior Supply Planning Lead, Merchandising Team, and Promodisers to maintain optimal inventory levels and customer service across assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in supply planning or stock allocations.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• On-site role based in Manila, Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute store stock allocations as scheduled.
• Verify data accuracy used for stock allocation to prevent under/over stocking.
• Coordinate with Senior Supply Planning Lead to finalize allocation plans for Modern Trade stores.
• Monitor delivery, inventory and sales data to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Communicate with Merchandising Team and Promodisers to align on inventory and sales priorities.
• Process POs, RTVs, customer orders, and stock pull-outs accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with logistics, merchandising and warehouse teams for timely deliveries.
• Track replenishment progress and resolve delays due to issues like pending POs or transport problems.
• Anticipate store requirements based on sell-out data, seasonality, and promos.
• Ensure proper reallocation or transfer of stocks as needed.
• Spot-check inventory records submitted by Merchandising/Omni Store Ops teams.
• Generate and analyze sales and inventory reports for each store/account.
• Support monthly and periodic reports for MT Head.
