Job Overview
Execute and monitor the daily replenishment cycle across assigned depots, ensuring on-time, accurate, and optimized product transfers. S/he operates the replenishment planning process, validates production releases, coordinates to maintain depot availability, and actively participates in the implementation and continuous improvement of the Advanced Planning System (APS) for DRP.
Duties and Responsibilities
A) Daily Replenishment Planning
- Run APS/DRP daily or weekly planning cycles to generate replenishment proposals for assigned depots or regions.
- Validate system-generated replenishment proposals against released production quantities, inventory levels, and sales priorities.
- Coordinate with Logistics on truck loading, dispatch, and shipment scheduling to meet replenishment timelines.
- Monitor in-transit shipments and ensure alignment between planned and actual stock movements.
B) Inventory & Availability Management
- Monitor depot inventory levels against minimum and target inventory requirements.
- Proactively recommend replenishment, stock rebalancing, or catch-up transfers to prevent stockouts.
- Escalate supply risks such as production delays, insufficient stocks, or transportation constraints, and recommend recovery actions.
- Maintain accurate visibility of in-transit inventories and communicate supply updates to relevant stakeholders.
C) Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate closely with PPIC/Inbound teams to ensure timely visibility of production releases.
- Coordinate with Demand Planning on forecast updates, allocation changes, and demand priorities.
- Liaise with warehouse and depot teams to validate stock availability, receiving schedules, and storage capacity constraints.
- Support new product launches, promotional activities, and phase-in/phase-out initiatives through effective replenishment planning.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on inventory availability, replenishment performance, in-transit status, and service levels.
- Identify planning, master data, or system parameter issues (e.g., lead times, replenishment settings) and recommend corrective actions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support the implementation of APS enhancements and planning process improvements.
Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Supply Planning, Distribution Resource Planning (DRP), Replenishment Planning, or Inventory Planning.
- Experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is preferred.
- Experience using ERP systems such as LN, SAP, or other similar ERP platforms is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret planning and inventory data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with APS or supply planning tools is an advantage.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Willing to work fully onsite in Pinagbuhatan, Pasig (Mondays to Fridays, 8:30AM - 6:30PM)
